The report carries out a situational analysis of child domestic labour along with cross linking themes of trafficking and associated gender based violence in the country. The situational analysis captures elements like statistics, demographics, push and pull factors for these phenomenon etc. The second part of the report focuses on the national response to these issues in terms of existing policy frameworks, laws etc. and their implementation. The final section brings out the gaps in these policies/ laws and provides recommendations on policy advocacy opportunities to strengthen the same.
