From July 2020 onward, a total of 26 intervention group meetings were organised by Bangladesh Shishu Adhikar Forum (BSAF) and its local partners, Manob Unnayan Kendra (MUK), Nari- o- Shishu Kallayan Sangstha (NSKS) and Ladies Organization for Social Welfare (LOFS) with the 525 local community members, who will further assist in awareness building activities and preventing violations of child rights in their areas.

These intervention groups were constituted in Natore, Rajshahi and Meherpur Districts. Manob Unnayan Kendra (MUK) successfully prevented 10 child marriages and counselled parents of 15 child labourers encouraging them to send their children to school once they open, through these community based intervention groups.
