Bangladesh Shishu Adhikar Forum (BSAF)’s local partner, Manob Unnayan Kendra (MUK), facilitated a community group formation at Amjhupi union of Meherpur district on 24 June 2020, to reach out to community leaders, local authorities and community members for raising awareness on child labour, child marriage, child trafficking and other child protection issues, amidst the pandemic, because of which monitoring of children’s welfare had become difficult. This group consists of 25 members including 15 males and 10 females.  Within this group a 13 member convening committee has been formed which will guide and provide a report to the local CSOs with their progress on child rights awareness campaign in the area.
